We will meet up, or have a conversation over the phone or video chat to assess your needs.
 
When we talk, I will ask you questions about your English language goals and what your experience of learning English has been like, including any previous exam study or preparation that you have done.
 
During our conversation I welcome you to ask any questions about my teaching style, my experience and qualifications, and how I can help you to overcome your problems.
 
After our discussion, I will send a plan to you within 24 hours, tailored specially to your unique needs and aligned with your goals. The plan will include an approximate timetable, number of teaching hours needed, and the teaching methods and activities that specifically meet your requirements.

Once we have agreed to your personalised learning plan, we will start work as soon as possible, using a wide range of teaching methods, resources, and approaches to ensure that you start experiencing immediate benefits and improvement.
 
I support you throughout your learning journey, answering your questions and giving you fast and effective feedback.
 
Leading up to the exam, I give you encouragement and reassurance, to help settle any nervousness and to continue to build your confidence until you step into the exam room.
 
After the exam I will contact you to ask how you went, and hear of your experiences, and when your results come through we will celebrate what you have learned and how much you have improved.
